Your new role

As a Cover Supervisor, you’ll step into the classroom when teachers are absent and ensure learning continues smoothly. Your role will include:Managing classes of 20+ students aged 11–16Delivering pre‑planned work (no planning or marking required!)Keeping students engaged, focused, and on trackMaintaining a positive and productive classroom environmentThis is classroom management at its core — perfect for someone who enjoys leading groups and keeping energy high and positive behaviour.
