Reporting to the Manager of People & Culture, you will drive the recruitment cycle from job postings to facilitating new hire orientations. By working closely with department heads, you will ensure that candidate requirements are clearly defined, and the onboarding is efficient and effective. Your role is essential in tracking recruitment KPIs to enhance future efforts.
