The Role

This very established and fast growing regional law firm in Tauntonis recruiting a Fee Earner into its established Court of Protection team

Key Responsibilities

• Independently manage a caseload of Property & Affairs matters
• Handleday-to-day tasks and decisions –Managingbank accounts, investments and benefits
• Prepare and submit applications to the Court of Protection
• Liaise with individuals, their families, deputiesand the OPG
• Draft witness statements and court applications
• Represent clients at Court of Protection hearings
• Supervise more junior members of the team
