Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor of Civil Law (B.C.L.). Equivalent law degree provided by a Canadian university (Juris Doctor (J.D.); Bachelor of Laws (L.L.B)) acceptable provided candidate has passed the 4-month articling entry course given by l’École du Barreau du Québec or recognized equivalent and candidate is licensed with the Barreau du Québec to practice law in the province of Québec.
