Job Title: Courier Supervisor (AM Shift)

Salary: £35,000 per annum

Hours: Monday to Friday, 4.00 – 13.00

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Courier Supervisor (AM Shift) to join a high-performing company based in Crawley.

This role is ideal for a proactive and driven individual who has experience within a multi-drop, courier environment. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth coordination of early morning operations, working closely with warehouse teams and drivers to deliver outstanding service and operational efficiency.

Courier/Transport Management:

* Ensure all drivers are fully prepared for departure

* Support loading and dispatch where required

* Act as the main point of contact for drivers during delivery routes

* Assist with delivery issues, breakdowns, and operational queries
