As our Courier Performance Specialist, you will step into the shoes of our fleet to drive operational excellence within the local logistics ecosystem. Sitting within the local Operations department, you will act as the primary anchor for executing the end-to-end courier lifecycle.
In this role, you will lead daily execution with a customer-centric approach, ensuring central frameworks are seamlessly implemented. Through close teamwork, you will care for our fleet's health while delivering stable service quality and operational stability.
