Madrid (preferred) or Barcelona | Reporting to Sales Director Europe South
As a Country Sales Manager, you will own end to end sales delivery for Agfa HealthCare’s Enterprise Imaging and IT portfolio (PACS / RIS / VNA). You act as the main point of contact for customers, driving growth across existing accounts while securing new business in the Spanish and Portuguese healthcare market.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute account and territory strategies to grow revenue and protect the installed base
- Identify and close new opportunities by positioning Agfa’s full Healthcare IT portfolio
- Manage complex sales cycles, including stakeholder alignment, bid management and contract negotiation
- Build strong relationships with senior decision‑makers (C‑suite, clinical and IT leadership)
