Reporting to the Head of Retail - NZ, you'll lead Visual Merchandising operations across New Zealand for Country Road, Witchery, Trenery and Politix, partnering with store teams to create inspiring customer experiences while delivering commercial results.

In this dynamic role, you'll coach and develop teams to confidently execute visual merchandising, balancing creativity with brand consistency, customer needs, operational excellence and data driven insights to deliver commercial outcomes.

You’ll be the link between brand vision and in-store execution, translating VM strategies into practical, store specific solutions that reflect local market nuances and individual store layouts. You will also lead key VM projects from concept to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, to budget and to the highest standard.
