The Role
We are seeking a strategic, “business-first” Country Manager to lead our Thailand operations. This is not a traditional corporate management role; it is a “Builder” position designed for a high-performing Account Director, Engagement Manager, or Sales Leader ready to take full P&L responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
Market Acquisition (70%): Lead the hunt for new business across both Public and Commercial sectors. Navigate complex, long-term sales cycles (up to 2 years) with intelligence and persistence.Operational Leadership (30%): Own the local P&L.
