Position Overview
Responsibilities:
- Own P&L, strategy, and operations for Southeast Asia
- Lead local team (sales, BD, product, ops, customer service)
- Drive market growth, partnerships (banks, airlines, airports, corporates), and brand presence
- Adapt global products for local markets; ensure compliance and execution
- Report to APAC CEO; represent the region externally
Requirments:
- 10+ years SEA general management experience; 3+ years as Country Head / Regional GM
- Background in travel, premium lifestyle, fintech, or B2B/2C
- 0-to-1 or scaling experience with P&L ownership
- Deep SEA network and market knowledge
- Fluent English
- Strong leadership, resilient, results-driven
- Willing to travel
