Our client in Maputo is looking for a Country Manager with BD Capabilities to join their team within the Commodities’ Inspection Sector.
Responsibilities
Own the country P&L — revenue, margins, costs, and collections.Ensure operations across fuel inspection, agri inspection, lab services, and collateral management are delivered on time and to standard.Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and convert opportunities into signed contracts.Develop relationships with existing clients and identify new ones — in the oil and gas sector, agriculture, financial institutions, and government bodies.Set clear expectations, hold your direct reports accountable, and develop their capability.Manage people matters in line with Mozambiquan labour law and Group HR policy.Maintain a zero-fatality safety...
