In this role, you will own the regional P&L, define and execute the commercial strategy, and build strong relationships with key clients and partners. You will lead complex sales cycles end to end while acting as the senior on-the-ground representative in Iberia, working closely with European and global teams. This is a high-impact role with real autonomy, visibility, and long-term growth potential.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in B2B consultative sales
- Proven success managing complex deals with multiple stakeholders
- Strong negotiation and executive communication skills
- CRM and forecasting proficiency
