Country Manager – Austria

Location: Vienna, Austria
Salary: €100,000 - 110,000 + performance bonus

An exciting opportunity to join a global flexible workspace and business solutions company in a newly created senior leadership role. Due to continued growth, the business is now looking for an experienced commercial leader to take full ownership of country performance, operations, and expansion strategy.

As a Country manager, you will be the most senior leader in the country, responsible for driving revenue growth, occupancy, operational performance, and team leadership across a nationwide portfolio of locations. This is a highly visible, hands-on role suited to someone who combines strong commercial instincts with operational leadership and a passion for building high-performing teams.
