Position Overview
Required Experience
5–15+ years’ experience in QSR, hospitality, or high-volume retail environments
Proven multi-site or regional leadership experience within fast‑paced operations
Strong track record of managing high-volume restaurant or retail operations
Experience driving performance, profitability, and operational turnaround initiatives
Background in leading teams across multiple locations or large operational units
Demonstrated ability to work in challenging, emerging, or rapidly changing markets
Experience with franchise or corporate QSR operating models advantageous
Willingness to relocate across African markets for expat assignments
Strong understanding of operational standards, compliance, and brand execution
Experience managing expansion, new store openings, or rollout programmes
