Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes, ensuring accurate US GAAP reporting, including P&L, Balance Sheet, and SEC/SFAS schedules.
Ensure timely and accurate Local GAAP reporting and statutory compliance, including managing local GAAP adjustments and liaising with external authorities.
Oversee and maintain robust internal controls over financial reporting (SOX), including annual audit cycle support and remediation efforts.
Manage industrial control aspects, such as inventory valuation, fixed asset accounting, and monitoring related KPIs.
Assuming a leadership role for the team.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
