Hi-Rise Bread Co.Β is hiring Counter Staff! Counter Staff are responsible for successfully facilitating all aspects of the customer experience. They work 3-5 shifts per week (22-38 hours) while maintaining standards for customer service, accuracy, speed, cleanliness, teamwork, and general work ethic. Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
CUSTOMER INTERFACE + ORDER MANAGEMENT
Exhibit exemplary customer service in person and over the phone from order placement through pickupFluency with our menus and point-of-sale system to allow for smooth and efficient transactionsKnowledge across all product categories to sufficiently answer customer questions, supported by a thoughtful personal experience with productsAbility to work as a shiftβs primary barista (training provided) OPENING, CLOSING + SIDE WORK
