Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Customer Service
- Assist walk-in, telephonic, and email customers with product enquiries.
- Provide professional advice on hardware products, tools, building materials, and related solutions.
- Prepare accurate quotations based on customer requirements.
- Convert quotations into confirmed sales orders.
- Upsell and cross-sell complementary products.
- Build strong relationships with contractors, retailers, and trade customers.
- Follow up on outstanding quotations and back orders.
Order Processing & Administration
- Capture sales orders accurately on the system.
- Ensure correct pricing, discounts, and stock availability.
- Liaise with warehouse and dispatch teams regarding order fulfilment.
