Reporting to the Health & Safety General Supervisor, you will be part of the Health & Safety Department. You will ensure that the goals and objectives are achieved while promoting and respecting Agnico Eagle’s values, Health & Safety Code of Conduct and the environment.
Develop and facilitate the implementation of Health and Safety Management tools (Job Hazard Analysis, Job Task Observation, Incident Declaration forms, Incident Investigation), as well as assisting in developing a Meadowbank Health & Safety ProgramInitiate cross-departmental training to improve workflow and streamline the management of risks both at operational level and in larger scope such as H&S risksAssist in management system audits as well as audits on the respect of Towards Sustainable Mining (TSM) effortsReview and optimize the utilization of H&S software and the standardization of document control and record management site-wide<...
