Clear Hills Youth Treatment Center is hiring a Counsellor Facilitator to empower youth in their recovery journey. This position focuses on providing support and fostering engaging programs for Warriors.

In this role, reporting to the Program Manager, you will facilitate addiction treatment services at CHYTC. You’ll support Warriors through individual and group sessions, implement creative activities, and ensure that all programming adheres to quality standards. Your responsibility extends to developing treatment plans and regularly tracking program effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities: • Support Warriors through tailored individual and group sessions • Organize diverse activities including crafts, sports, and games • Ensure compliance with program delivery regulations • Develop program plans including crucial milestones • Monitor progress and manage programmatic risks
