GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The functions of the General Counsel’s Office at the Sex Offender Registry Board are to represent the Board at all administrative agency hearings, in state superior courts and appellate courts, and serve as in-house counsel. The Counsel II will be expected to perform a wide range of legal functions which require extensive writing and oral advocacy experience.
