Our mission at Kadima Health and Nursing at Luzerne is to offer quality care to our residents, and to provide for them a loving and compassionate environment, attending carefully to their physical, spiritual, and emotional needs.

Treatment Implementation: Conduct therapeutic exercises, gait training, and balance activities as outlined in the OT’s plan of care.

  Administer physical agents such as heat, cold, electrical stimulation, and ultrasound. Assist and train residents in using adapitive equipment, and assistance with ADSS.

  Observe residents before, during, and after therapy; report status changes or adverse reactions to the supervising OT.
