Position Overview
Overview Working hour: 5.25 days 8.30am - 6.30pm. Work location: Queenstown. Salary: $2500-$2800.
Responsibilities - Check and ensure that all repair orders (all charge types) are timely closed (within 7 days of end control).
- Process all warranty claims and check for accuracy before send for validation.
- Follow up Repair Order (RO) and ensure that both CSAs and Workshop foremen submit all RO on time. Perform sorting and matching of ROs.
- Communicate with Senior Execs directly to understand their Service team needs in order to collate monthly feedback for their sharing/alignment.
- Follow up warranty enquiries by CSAs and workshop personnel via email or in-person query.
- Extended Warranty management – Purchase, invoice, follow-up on all matters regarding BSI, BRI, BMI* and Extended Warranty for cars and bikes* with all stakeholders – Vehicle Admin & Service Team.
