• Deliver FY17 Corplan.
• Support local management team.
• STRATEGY 2021 Design, Approval, & Activation.
• Deliver Process & Controls Improvement (S&OP Financial Forecast Accuracy, GIA/Controls Focus Areas, SOAR compliance, Operations Excellence Performance Board Roll-out, etc.) .
Principle Duties And Responsibility
• Deliver FY17 Corplan.
• Achieve DBO Keys Metrics (Functional expense).
• Deliver Cost Savings Target for Function.
• Functional Expenses management (Forecast Accuracy measurement Quarter +/- 3%).
• Capital $ as per Budget.
• Achieve or beat Conversion Cost / Case Budget
• Timely, accurate and insightful month-end reports & commentary shared with stakeholders
• CFR to meet of beat Budget.
• Support local management team.
• Achieved lean saving FY17 is 158.6K USD via following project saving.
