Position Overview
The Role: Barista Maestro (Team Leader) - minimum 20 hours per week. As a Barista Maestro, you'll take centre stage — not just crafting quality Costa coffee but inspiring your team and creating a welcoming atmosphere for every customer.
Responsibilities
- Craft consistently great coffee with skill and care
- Deliver outstanding customer service that leaves a lasting impression
- Lead by example and support your team to meet brand standards
- Take responsibility when the Store Manager or Assistant Manager isn't present
- Manage stock, support deliveries, and maintain store hygiene
- Build a team culture where everyone feels supported, confident, and proud
- Have fun while doing it all
