Job Description:

+ Advise the Cost Performance team’s day‑to‑day activities to deliver high‑quality budgets and rolling forecasts that support the Corporate Business Plan and Joint Venture submissions.
+ Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, enabling disciplined cost planning, clear visibility, and proactive management of risks and opportunities.
+ Drive strong financial stewardship by prioritizing work, setting clear expectations, and developing team capability through coaching and mentoring.
+ Ensure forecast accuracy and 100% on‑time delivery of budgets, forecasts, and JV requirements.
