Job Description AESG is recruiting a Cost Manager to join our cost management team for a project in Dubai. The role supports project leaders in delivering high‑standard service, achieving successful outcomes, and reinforcing AESG’s reputation as a preferred service provider.
Job Purpose - Day‑to‑day management of AESG Cost Management project delivery, resource management, and proposals (if needed).
- Attend regular meetings with clients and lead commercial meetings.
- Manage and motivate the cost management team.
- Manage multiple client relationships.
Qualifications and Experience - BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying or Contracts related field.
- Strong understanding of construction costs in UAE and KSA.
- Preferred minimum 4+ years of working experience.
