Position Overview
The Cost Controller supports the successful delivery of ongoing projects in Indonesia by monitoring costs, supporting budget control, and helping the efficient project execution
**Main responsibilities:** (including but not limited to)
+ Budget management: Develop and maintain detailed cost control plans, set up cost breakdown structures, and allocate budgets/resources
+ Cost analysis: Collect and analyze financial data, track variances, and identify cost-saving opportunities
+ Forecasting: Prepare accurate financial forecasts and update them regularly to reflect project progress
+ Reporting: Generate internal cost reports, reconcile project costs with accounting records, and present findings to management
+ Compliance: Review subcontractor invoices, validate change orders, and ensure adherence to financial regulations
+ Risk management: Perform cost risk analysis, define contingency reserves, and contribute to project risk assessments.
