Position Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate labor and parts line items in service orders and allocate them to appropriate sub-orders
- Estimate job completion time for assigned technicians
- Calculate and finalize job costs after task completion
- Prepare invoices and cost estimates in a timely manner
- Raise proforma invoices for cash and contract service orders
- Verify consumable charges and ensure accurate billing
- Amend job cards and invoices in the system to improve workflow efficiency
- Review invoices and supporting documents against system records for accuracy
- Prepare daily workshop performance reports
- Compute incentives and prepare claim forms
- Enter and maintain accurate data in the system
- Support the Service Manager with additional tasks as required

- Degree or Diploma in any discipline
