Position Overview
Key Responsibilities - Evaluate labor and parts line items in service orders and allocate them to appropriate sub-orders.
- Estimate job completion time for assigned technicians.
- Calculate and finalize job costs after task completion.
- Prepare invoices and cost estimates in a timely manner.
- Raise proforma invoices for cash and contract service orders.
- Verify consumable charges and ensure accurate billing.
- Amend job cards and invoices in the system to improve workflow efficiency.
- Review invoices and supporting documents against system records for accuracy.
- Prepare daily workshop performance reports.
- Compute incentives and prepare claim forms.
- Enter and maintain accurate data in the system.
- Support the Service Manager with additional tasks as required.
Qualifications - Degree or Diploma in any discipline.
