Job Description The Cost and Contracts Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of cost management and contract administration within consultancy projects. This role ensures that projects are delivered within budget and contractual obligations are met, while maintaining strong commercial and financial control. The post-holder manages contract negotiations, cost forecasting, risk assessments, and financial reporting to support successful project delivery and maximise value for the organisation.
