Location: Delhi, India Sector: Non-Profit / NGO Role Overview The Cost Accountant will be responsible for managing financial reporting, cost analysis, and compliance related to domestic and foreign funding, with a strong focus on FCRA (Foreign Contribution Regulation Act) regulations. The role requires ensuring financial transparency, regulatory compliance, and efficient utilization of funds across programs. Key Responsibilities * Maintain accurate books of accounts in accordance with Indian accounting standards and NGO norms * Ensure full compliance with FCRA regulations , including utilization, reporting, and documentation of foreign contributions * Prepare and file FCRA returns (e.g., FC-4) within prescribed timelines * Monitor fund utilization against budgets and donor restrictions * Conduct cost analysis for programs and projects to support decision-making * Coordinate with auditors for statutory audits, FCRA audits, and donor audits * Develop and implement internal financial cont...
