The Cost Accountant is responsible for monitoring and controlling project costs, budgeting, and financial reporting for construction projects. This role ensures cost efficiency, accuracy in cost allocation, and financial compliance in support of project profitability and company objectives.

- Prepare, monitor, and update project budgets, cost forecasts, and variance analyses.
- Track actual vs. budgeted project costs and investigate discrepancies.
