Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain standard costing models and cost allocation frameworks
- Analyse and report on cost variances, providing insights and recommendations to management
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accurate cost projections
- Monitor and control inventory, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in stock management
- Prepare detailed cost and margin reports to support strategic and operational decision‑making
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify cost‑saving opportunities and improve processes
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and company policies
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3–4 years’ experience in a cost accounting or similar role
- Experience within a manufacturing or FMCG environment is highly beneficial
