Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve turnover targets
- Monitor sales performance, analyse trends, and drive results
- Plan and execute promotions and sales initiatives
- Manage expenses and control budgets effectively
- Lead, coach, and develop a cosmetics team to deliver high performance
- Provide ongoing feedback, training, and performance support
- Ensure excellent customer service and a premium cosmetics experience
- Stay up to date with beauty trends, products, and competitor activity
Qualifications
- Grade 12 / Matric (or equivalent)
- 2–3 years retail experience
- Minimum 1 year in a supervisory or management role
- Cosmetics / beauty retail experience is advantageous
