Description

As a Large Corporate and International (LCI) Tax Manager/Senior Manager , you’ll take ownership of a portfolio that includes large and international clients , delivering first-class tax compliance and advisory services.

You’ll help businesses navigate challenges, seize opportunities, and meet their ambitious goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing UK compliance cycles for large corporates and international groups , ensuring deadlines are met and clients’ needs are exceeded.
• Advising on large and complex issues like Corporate Interest Restriction, corporate residence and permanent establishment risks, tax risk registers and Senior Accounting Officer regime, tax strategy, group restructuring, cross-border transac...
