GENERAL FUNCTION:

+ Program manages and drives Strategic Planning, the annual process led by the Corporate Strategy team; Strategic Planning includes defined activities that ultimately lead to the development and documentation of the bank’s Enterprise Strategic Plan, a three-year plan submitted to the Board of Directors and Federal regulators on an annual basis

+ Drives or participates in the design of the project plan, work assignments, target dates and other aspects of project management
