Your new role
In your new role, you’ll work closely with a senior lawyer on a broad range of corporate matters, gaining exposure to high‑quality transactional work. You’ll support M&A, reorganisations, demergers and private equity transactions while also playing a crucial role in business development and helping to strengthen the team’s presence in the local market.
