The Role

You will work on a broad mix of corporate transactional matters, including:

• Mergers and acquisitions (M&A)

• Joint ventures

• Private equity transactions

• Drafting and negotiating key corporate documents (including SPAs, shareholders’ agreements and articles of association)

• You will also play a role in client relationship management and business development, contributing to seminars, articles, and wider marketing initiatives.
