About the role

Within this Corporate Solicitor role, you will be supporting Partners and Solicitors on a mixed, complex Corporate caseload. As well as this, your other day-to-day duties may include:

• Liaising with clients, business owners and SME businesses

• Working on matters including acquisitions and disposals, share option schemes, corporate restructures, shareholder agreements and partnership agreements

• Preparation of legal documents

t

• Undertaking all legal research
