Job Description
-Support the President Director in daily business operations and strategic initiatives
-Coordinate communication and activities between management and internal departments
-Manage schedules, meetings, and business appointments for the President Director
-Prepare reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and other business documents
-Follow up on management directives and monitor the progress of key initiatives
-Coordinate with external stakeholders, business partners, and relevant organizations
-Maintain confidential corporate documents and records
-Support corporate secretariat and executive office administration activities
-Other related duties as assigned
Job Requirement
-Strong Experience as an Executive Assistant, Secretary, Corporate Secretary, or similar administrative role
-Stable career -Business level Japanese and coversational level English
