Responsibilities
- Assist the company secretarial department in all aspect of secretarial duties and functions.
- Ensure prompt response and delivery of documents to clients.
- Assist superior in the preparation of statutory documents and circulation of documents to the relevant parties.
- Maintain and ensure the statutory records, registers are properly kept and updated on time.
- Perform other ad-hoc secretarial duties and administrative tasks required by the management from time to time.
