Job Scope
- Manage and handle company portfolios
- Perform corporate and secretarial duties (i.e. incorporation, prepare board resolutions and minutes, etc.)
- E-Meet clients and provide general advice on compliance requirements
- Perform other admin or secretarial ad‑hoc duties as and when required
