Job Description & Requirements
- Provide the full suite of corporate secretarial services to our clients, primarily high growth companies and asset management firms
- Preparation of Corporate Secretarial documents and lodgements with ACRA including AGM and Annual Return
- Preparation of Board resolutions
- Prepare and maintain statutory records in compliance with the laws
- Assist in KYC (Know Your Client) on-boarding of new clients from across the world
- Update and maintain statutory records including the register of controllers
Requirements
- 1-3 years of relevant experience
- A highly committed and meticulous individual, you are a strong team player who’s able to work independently and under time pressures.
- To be highly successful in this role, you also possess excellent communications and writing skills.
