Position Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Manage corporate secretarial matters for a portfolio of listed and private entities
- Coordinate and support board and shareholders’ meetings
- Prepare meeting agendas, board papers, minutes, and written resolutions
- Draft corporate announcements and ensure timely regulatory filings
- Maintain statutory records and ensure compliance with relevant corporate governance and listing requirements
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external advisors on corporate secretarial matters
Job Requirements
- Relevant qualification in Corporate Governance or Chartered Secretarial practice (ICSA/CGI preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of corporate secretarial experience, ideally within an in-house environment
- Exposure to listed company requirements and SGX-related compliance matters
- Familiarity with corporate secretarial systems and digital board portals
