Position Overview
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of clients and oversee the delivery of corporate secretarial services
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements under ACRA and relevant authorities
- Review and prepare resolutions, minutes of meetings, and statutory documents
- Oversee company incorporations, strike-offs, and restructuring exercises
- Advise clients on corporate governance and compliance matters
- Act as named Company Secretary for client companies (where required)
- Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of corporate secretarial staff
- Review team deliverables to ensure accuracy, quality, and timely submission
- Liaise with clients, auditors, regulators, and internal stakeholders
- Ensure timely filing of annual returns and maintenance of statutory registers
- Drive process improvements and ensure efficient service delivery
