The EY Entity Compliance and Governance (ECG) team assists client legal departments with designing, implementing, and operating entity compliance and governance systems. The team ensures clients meet legislative and regulatory requirements and provides legal and administrative support and guidance to clients' boards of directors.

We are looking for a Manager to join our Entity Compliance and Governance team (Company Secretarial) in our Warrang – Sydney, Naarm – Melbourne or Meanjin – Brisbane office.
