Handling full spectrum of corporate secretarial duties for our clients which includes but not limited to company incorporations, striking off of companies, preparation of directors' and shareholders' resolutions.
Ensuring compliance in accordance to relevant statutory requirements, maintenance of statutory registers and submission of statutory returns.
Handles ACRA Biz-filing requirements.
Handling and managing a portfolio of clients.
Provide guidance to Corporate Secretarial Assistant.
Other adhoc duties as and when required.
Requirements
Degree / Diploma in Business Administration or Law. Other qualification will be considered
Prior experience in relevant field will be an advantage
Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English
Proficiency in Mandarin required to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients
