Job Description: Handle corporate secretarial tasks for client Prepare board resolutions, share transfers, and maintain registers Ensure compliance with legal & regulatory requirements Conduct KYC checks and due diligence Respond to client queries professionally Support ad hoc tasks as needed Job Requirements: Diploma / Degree / in Business Management, Accounting and related.
