A Tax and Legal company is looking for a Corporate Secretarial Administrator to join their team. which is part of a group of companies that focusses on Legal Consulting, Secretarial Administration, Accounting and Auditing based in Benoni.
Requirements:
•Ad-hoc administrative tasks as required. Skills / experience:
•A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a professional environment, with a preference for financial services or law
•Experience in a highly deadline driven environment.
•Previous minute taking skills advantageous.
•Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (word, excel and outlook);
•A basic understanding of AML & FIC requirements
•Bi Lingual – English and Afrikaans
