Responsibilities:
- Creating, developing, and updating quality and productivity development content materials from manpower dealers
- Organizing tools and methods to assess the performance competencies required by manpower dealer
- Support dealers in enhancing product knowledge, selling skills, and customer engagement
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align training with business goals
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Education/ Communication/ Management/ Psychology with a minimum GPA of 3.00 from a reputable university
